This is a fantastic genuine Great War hand painted camouflage helmet shell. Helmet features original period colored panel camouflage paint in various shades of green, yellow and orange. The helmet shell came to us as being attributed to Edward Canterack I of Oberlyn, Pennsylvania. We did a quick search to see what we can find on Canterack, but unfortunately we came up short handed, making this a wonderful research
